​Bachelors of Science Degree in Physical Education with a focus on Exercise Science from Norwich University in Vermont in 2016.

Adam has been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) since 2018.

Adam has over a decade of coaching experience, from professional sports performance to senior functional fitness at Mike Boyles strength and conditioning.

Adam served as the South Carolina Stingrays hockey team’s Strength and Conditioning Coach for the 2022-2023 season. ​
