Refund & Cancellation Policy | Charleston Strength Club

1. Memberships

  • Monthly Memberships: Payments are non-refundable once processed. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your next bill date.

  • Paid-in-Full (Monthly): Refunds for prepaid packages are generally not provided, except in cases of documented medical necessity or relocation (50+ miles from the facility).

2. Personal Training &

Coaching​

  • Cancellations: We require 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full rate.

  • Package Expiration: expire after six weeks after fist use.

3. Retail & Apparel​

  • Unworn, unwashed apparel with tags still attached may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or club credit. Supplements and food items are final sale.

5. How to Request a Refund​

To request a cancellation or refund, please email chsstrengthclub@gmail.com. Please include your name and the reason for your request.
