Our training style isn't about just "getting through" a workout; it’s about maximizing your athleticism throughout your entire lifespan. As discussed on our podcast, Decentralized Strength, Adam’s mission is to provide simple, safe, and effective ways to improve your physique and fitness.

  • Pro-Athlete Foundation: Adam spent years as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the South Carolina Stingrays. He takes those same principles of core stability, joint health, and explosive power and adapts them, so they are safe for any age.

  • Active Recovery & Mobility: In our Chair Stretching Classes, we focus on "passive-active" stretching. We don't just hold positions; we move the joints through their full range of motion to improve circulation and decrease pain.

  • Coordination & Brain Health: We use tools like the Agility Ladder and Medicine Ball tosses to improve hand-eye coordination and reaction time. This isn't just a workout for your muscles; it’s a workout for your mind.

Membership for North Charleston centers for senior fitness are built to be accessible to everyone:

  • North Charleston Residents: Only $10 per month

  • Non-Residents: Only $30 per month

  • Insurance Assistance: Many members qualify for SilverSneakers or other insurance-based wellness programs, which can often cover your membership costs!


The Advantage: Unlike other Charleston-area gyms that charge "specialty fees" for every class, your North Charleston membership covers every activity and workout class at any of the three centers.
