The Perfect Hour: Our 1-Hour Training Structure


We respect your time. Every session is exactly one hour, meticulously planned to ensure you leave feeling better than when you walked in.


  • The Reset: We start by "undoing" the day. We use foam rolling and floor stretches to release tension from sitting or driving, followed by activation exercises and dynamic movements to prime your joints for work.

  • The Prime: We move into 2 rounds of a power and core workout. This builds the explosive stability needed to protect your spine and improve your athletic "pop."

  • The Strength Block: We finish with 3 rounds of 3–4 foundational exercises. This is the high-value work that builds lean muscle, improves bone density, and boosts your metabolism.
